Emran : Yes. By using it, we can send e-mail and make video call. It has made our life easy and comfortable.

Milon :  But it has some demerits also. Students waste their valuable time by using it and some become addicted.

Emran : Excessive use can cause various diseases such as brain cancer,hearing problem and so on.

Milon :  Actially exess of anything is bad. We should use it with care and caution to avoid its dark sides.

Bangladesh  is a darling child of Nature. She is noted for her exquisite beauty of green fields, golden crops of paddy and evergreen leaves of trees. The six seasons of the year coming by turns has made her a wonderful land of heaven.

In summer, though we feel uncomfortable in extreme heat, but we get various kinds of sweet fruits. After a long spell of hot weather, the rainy season comes with showers to cool the earth. During the rainy season the sky often remains overcast with thick black clouds. The low-lying lands go underwater and look like a vast sheet of water. In autumn there is a play of hide and seeks among the clouds. The sky in an autumn night studded with innumerable stars appears to be a dreamland to the lookers. In late autumn nature smile with the dew drops in the morning. In the winter fields full of winter crops and golden paddy ready for reaping present an excellent view. After winter comes the spring with all its beautiful sights and sounds.

Being a riverine country, her rivers present different scenes at different times of the year. Especially the rivers in the rainy season present an unbroken view of the variety of sights which amuse our eyes. Again the long sea-beach of the Bay of Bengal at Kouakata, Patenga, and Cox’s-bazaar is worth seeing.

Each of her natural regions such as- Rangamati, Kaptai, Sylhet, Cox’s-Bazar, moinamoti, the Sundarbans etc. are blessed with the most enchanting natural beauty. The scenery of these places is so charming and attractive that there is always a rush of tourists and visitors in these places.

The natural beauties have made this country the homeland of many animals and birds. No one can deny that Bangladesh is a matchless beauty spot in the world. Whoever sets foot on this land can never forget its beauty.

A Letter to your Friend about a Journey by Plane you have made

Dear Sujun,
I hope, you are well by the grace of almighty Allah. I am very glad to receive your letter. Now I will give you a description of a journey by plane from Dhaka to Chittagong that I made.

It was my first journey by plane. Having a summer vacation, I got an opportunity to meet my elder brother living in Chittagong. He sent me an air ticket. On the scheduled day, I went to the airport about two hours earlier and got checked. I was given a boarding card on which my seat number was written.When we were asked to board the plane, I got into the plane and found my seat. The plane took off at 10 a.m. and then I fastened my seat belt. I looked through the windows. I saw clouds floating in the sky. Houses and trees below looked like tiny toys. The roads and streets seemed to be a snake. Within a very short time, we reached our destination safe and sound.

The Victory Day of Bangladesh

Victory day is one of the most memorable days in our national life. This day is observed on the 16th December every year. After the nine months of struggle on 16th December, 1971 we achieved victory from Pakistan sacrificing the lives of 30 lakhs people. Bangladesh discloses herself as a new country and gets a place in the world map. The victory day symbolizes the triumph of justice over tyranny. The government has declared it a public holiday. This day begins with a gunshot. People go to the national memorial to show respect to the martyrs. Our national flag is hoisted on the top of each institution. Every year this day is observed with great solemnity and solidarity. Meetings, seminars and discussions are held in various places. We pray to almighty Allah for the martyrs of our liberation war. This day will remain ever fresh and evergreen in the heart of each and every Bangladeshi.
